QMRK reports tomorrow and I am looking for stellar numbers; they did .03 for Q3 and .14 for 9 months.
A lot going on:
--they recently did an acquisition, got some nice asstes on the cheap http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/051214/20051214005112.html?.v=1
--they have a low share count, but convertible shares have been an overhanging threat; I think they are a non-issue as they represent a loan from the Roser family years ago and one of them was just appointed to the board--vested interest
--they sell testing equipment to several industries, including airline (Boeing, Airbus) and electronic (Samsung) for big screen tv testing, a booming area
--as I posted on SI, I look on them as a "picks and shovels" play
for technology

QualMark Corporation engages in the design, manufacture, and distribution of physical stress systems, as well as provision of physical stress testing services. It operates in three segments: Testing Equipment, Accelerated Reliability Test Centers (ARTC), and QualMark ACG (ACG). Testing Equipment segment engages in the manufacture and sale of vibration and thermal chambers for quality control testing of various electronic devices. ARTC segment operates service centers, which provide highly accelerated life test (HALT) and highly accelerated stress screen (HASS) test services. It also offers vibration and thermal chambers to customers for daily rental. The company has strategic agreements with IMQ Instituto Del Marchia Di Qualita, Institutet For Verkstadsteknisk Forskning, and the Swedish Institute of Production Engineering to operate testing centers.
