Yes Smallfish has every right to comment on your displeasure with questionable Management decisions as per your quote below.

Franky, my disgust with questionable management decisions by this company is growing every day

But if that is your only questionable decision then we're in pretty good shape for 2013.

Unsure how many times the Board must keep reminding you that the Company addressed that matter and in public and it's past tense to all but a few.

If you have other questionable decisions then why don't you bring them forward and share them with the Board.

Would be interested in hearing if you have anything positive to say about the Company as well.
