Better yet... Have Baltia answer one question.

Is the plane they have equiped with avionics that is capapble to fly within European Tolerances?

And since this 747 isn't going over the North Pole to get to Russia they must meet these requirements.

I'm told the answer is NO. So that puts Baltia at a major standstill,,, it is an issue that was overlooked when purchasing the older 747.

I put a call in to Barry on Friday. The receptionist said he was in, but tied up & she would give him the message. As yet, he hasn't returned my call. The last time I talked to him was about 3 weeks ago, so I don't think he should construe my call as pestering him for info. This is a critical juncture in the history of BLTA, & they should be willing to share current events with their SH's good or bad. I have a lot of money invested here, & have been patiently waitng for a good outcome to this saga for 22 years.
