Up to present, Dixie has been 100% compliant with Colorado State MMJ laws and the Feds already said they will respect state MMJ laws and people as long as they are 100% compliant with the state laws regarding MMJ. But now we have the recreational legalization in Colorado and Washington, so we need to see how the Feds respond.
On a side note, I have a patient who is a DEA agent and I asked him what he thinks the DEA will do in Colorado and Washington regarding the new laws and he said they are so burdened fighting REAL problems (Oxycontin and heroin etc) that he doesn't think they will do much.
