The only thing I see stopping GRPN from popping is the fiscal cliff in the U.S., since that could impact the overall stock market and U.S. economy. Besides that, GRPN has so much negativity baked into its stock price, that with short covering and January effect buying and a fresh new outlook for 2013 (including search), GRPN's path of least resistence is higher.
