Let's also not forget the 23+ million shares due the mysterious financer as a result of the missed October 31, 2012 S-1 approval milestone. Unforeseen dilution to be absorbed into the O/S share count for certain.

And, what will determine the cost basis of the illustrious 1 for 3 shares ??? Certainly much more outside the peripheral vision since the cost basis was not determined in the S-1.
