Entdoc, I agree there are forces at play keeping the share price down. I'm just not sure that it is a plot meant to enrich anybody in particular. I admit the DDs and AFs do sometimes make me wonder.
If Peregrine unambiguously demonstrates Bavi's value, BPs foreign and domestic will do the numbers and make an offer. Peregrine is on their radar screens. I think we just need to get Bavi again to the point of approaching the FDA for Phase III approval to finally get this thing moving. The last time we approached that point we hit the $5 mark. Peregrine management just needs to keep pushing, and I believe they will move Bavi across the goal line(It is pro football Sunday).
