This is pretty crazy. If I read this correctly the complaint is that they have a link to their nutritionix.com healthy meal builder website. The real issue must be that ufood has not paid them for the service of providing the information. This is a pretty good sign that there are some real money issues going on behind closed doors.
This has to be one of the worst patents on the planet. Their patent is basically being able to select food options from drop down lists and getting back the nutrition info on that meal.
