risk: Any officer can set a preset schedule to trade. It is considered the best time to do so is after any quarterly or yearly Ks, but that is only a guidance. This contractual schedule gives any such officer complete immunity. I have had to attend multiple briefings to listen to the same drizzle about this.
I don't disagree that I failed to understand K L Gates advise to Laura. Maybe there is an exception because of her employment status? Securities laws remain in the hands of the experts and I don't believe that K L Gates gave Laura bad advise. There must be some anomaly we don't understand.
