What is Driving GOLD in this Deflationary_Environment?

You must understand how Deflationary Environment or Inflationary Environment can be determined on this graph,
and be able to ferret it out, without my signs, before reading on. Thus, you may need to read replied to Post first.

What is Driving GOLD in this Deflationary_Environment?

I believe the answer is on this Page, can you identify it?
If so, give a supporting reason on this page... to prove you can.
And a reason it shows why $GOLD is not going up, presently...
