Sad but true....IF they actually have 1.6 Billion in reserves, they are the most incompetent morons for not being able to recover it even slightly well by now. I would like to believe that these two jokers are not THAT incompetent....meaning they most likely don't have close to 1.6 Bil in reserves. Either way, we are screwed for the foreseeable future.....
