FINRA disciplinary action against one of the many brokers BAC used to dumps billions of unregistered non-exempt shares of its client companies issued through bogus "504" offeringd, diluting them into the ground:

"B.A." is Big Apple and "G. J-P." is Guy Jean-Pierre, the attorney involved in the bogus 504 filings and opinion letters.

Specific BAC client companies mentioned in this action are CTYX, GRBG, PRPM, SNDY, SSPT, and ARTS.

B.A. is said in this action to have used many brokers in these schemes. This action is only against Delaney Equity Group, LLC and David C. Delaney.
