Take her outside first thing in the morning & squeeze her; something should come out.

Try this site...looks like you take her out first thing. If she doesn't go within 5 or 10 min, take her back inside to the area where she sleeps. Keep her there for 10 minutes. Then pick her up & take her back outside for 10 min until she goes.
