I may have slammed the mining stuff many times, but I also stated in at least one post that I knew little about the oil/gas and real estate end of things. I would hope that someone with expertise in those areas would do some real DD and report to the board.

I will say that a company with multiple "divisions" is unlikely to run one of them as an obvious scam, and the others as legitimate. Yup, I am making an assumption that all divisions are scams because the one I have expertise in (mining), most certainly is.
