If it drops to 0.005 I am in for it myself but not at 5 cents. I used to work in the IT field and trust me any company can build an application like tagg for under $50000. And you might even build it in India for pennies on the dollar. I wish I am wrong, I had shares with TAGG and sold at 0.20 with a small loss and those who believes Sierra crap still think Microsoft will buy them. I really wish I am wrong, I would rather be wrong than see people lose their hard warned cash. If you have an investment with them I would recommand to sell now and buy PRTN or AMBS or ELAY while they are at the bottom or even buy HUSA cuz if their oil results are good the stock can soar by 500%+ and even if the well is dry which I don't so you can hold your shares for another 5 months till they finish from the next well.
