Yeah your right-be careful with this one guys- it has all the ingredients for a company that is just looking to dump shares on the market for traders/investors enticed by the idea of a company that trades at .0001 might come to life for a nice payday.
I think the reality is this is not the work of a company share buyback with deals they dont even have yet its more likely a company that has pretty much been inactive for 2 years looking to dump some shares on a wordy PR yet the company hasnt realeased anything to the SEC for disclosures for the last 2 years...
