QOIL gave dividends?

Indeed i have been wondering about when the dividends will hold any type of value. First they issued a large ammount, then cut that down to 10% of the initial offering (if my memory is correct). Ive never liked how this stock pretty much shuts down day to day and its impossible to get in or out when you want to. I hope you arent in deeper then i am on this one #QOIL
