Asking them to update filings-Its almost the equivalent of a house abandoned for 2 years and the neighbor places a call to the owner to please cut the grass and the owner could care less..
Have them put it in writing to you & the marketplace.
I would ask them who there stock transfer agent is?
check with the transfer agent to see if they will give you updated share counts-they probably wont release that type of info because this could just be a share dump stunt
share buybacks usually dont occur on the pinks and if they update filings it would be a small glimmer of hope.. then I will become a shareholder.
