When the dividend PR came out -- someone got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

At the date of the PR -- I figured there was a short interest of 10 million shares.

After the PR -- the daily short sales are averaging around 50% of the daily trading volume.

I don't feel comfortable in how this has been playing out the past couple of days. They're manipulating the price to limit losses.
