The float is low as is the daily volume so one has either two choices if they want to take a sizable position and thats either buy at market which will drive the price up or build a position under the rader by accumlating 50,000 or so a week.
At the moment I've decided to take the second approach and hope to accumlate a few million over the next month as I believe this will trade in the 5.00 to 10.00 per share range in the upcomming year.
