Looks like dilution shorting to me. They are just looking to catch the "consulting" shares coming to market IMO.

either your economic outlook will be good for large and small oil companies, or stagflagnation will continue to pull down world economies. The question for me: does Treaty or does not Treaty have oil reserves in Belize and why the possible smoke and mirror PR from them??? Presently I am not feeling the love.
