MH, it's my understanding that the 2 mil did not go to RM & Assoc., but through RM & Assoc., to pay invoices from magazines, The Weather Channel, & other advertising invoices. The only money RM & Assoc. received themselves was the $50-60K fee. Anyone else see it that way?
