per november 5th PR, the merger is "complete" but AIGI is still working out the recapitalization details for Algae International. at the moment, all of us shareholders are awaiting the financial details (CR ratio) and new company info of AIGI. As philip stated in his blog entries he's not the majority shareholder anymore so, the ball is in AIGI's court.

here's the latest PR and blog entries that might help bring you current if you haven't read them yet. at this point, a lot of posters are speculating with the CR will be.

my opinion is that there's a few ways to play this;

1. NVAE to AIGI shares - whenever the PR is released, allow all of your shares to be converted to AIGI and stick with the algae biofuel investment only. AIGI also has plans to release an IPO this year (by the end of this month).

2. NVAE condom factory spin off - PV stated that he'll allow current NVAE shareholders to have first choice at condom factory spin off shares. he also said there's a lot of debt and work that needs to be done for this factory to be at full production. (see blog entry dec 3rd below).

3. be creative - sell shares to take a small profit if you can, then reinvest in an area you see fit.. somehow keep both AIGI converted shares and buy condom factory shares. short sqeeze, im sure if we hear more info from AIGI, this would make a nice little run.

again, this is all speculation but at least you'll where things are at the moment. refer to the links below and you'll see where i came up the ways to play this stock.

GLTY!
