The Monnie and Willie shares were gifted to family members. As far as I know, none of those shares have been sold.

My best guess on the change in Randy's shares is that he has shares held in various trusts that weren't showing up as his personal shares. That has been corrected to show all shares owned directly and indirectly.

I sold some a few cents ago but am buying back at these levels. I think this board is rightfully skeptical about the merger, but it is a good move and good fit IMO. They will have better access to funds on much better terms. It will prevent loss of control and dilution. I'm looking forward to a bright AOIL future.
