U.S. PRECIOUS METALS, INC. (OTC: USPR) PENNY STOCK ON FIRE!

USPR moving up on JV rumors!
U.S. Precious Metals, Inc. (OTC: USPR) recently made a strong move north out of its trading range after they announced in an 8k on November 7 that they have entered into an LOI to raise $100 million in a JV deal to develop their Solidaridad Property in Michoacan state, Mexico.

This is obviously epic news for any bb listed co and while we wait for a signed deal the stock price and volume are accelerating. The stock has been trading in a wide range between $0.10 and $0.20 for months after USPR made an explosive move up last year from a start point of $0.05 to highs of $0.50. Now that the stock has exploded north on accelerated volume investors are taking notice.

U.S. Precious Metals, Inc. is an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. USPR owns exploration and exploitation rights to approximately 37,000 acres of land. All information available to the Company has been obtained from bore holes drilled by USPM and by the previous two companies that explored the property and analyzed under chain of custody by an independent laboratory.

It is the Solidaridad Property that puts this Company on the map; samples from the property suggest that there is a potential gold resource of 308,000 ounces. In addition there is significant recoverable silver and copper. At current gold prices the value of the asset is well over a billion dollars. Rumor has it that it is only a matter of time before USPR announces a Joint Venture agreement with a major to develop the mine.

Conclusion: USPR has made an explosive move up in recent weeks after the mammoth 8k they put out in the first week of November. Currently trading at a total market valuation of under $25 million USPR could go far from current levels. As we wait for a signed deal on the LOI USPR should be at the top of every investors watch list.
