I agree... It's all those things.

Also... It's about the greedy real estate agents, the home inspectors, the appraisers and also about the buyers that thought that engaging in creative financing for more than what the over priced house was worth. All of those faults were stoked by the congressional leaders that advocated the policies and the encouragement to go down that path.

Barney Frank and Maxiene Watters were at the front of the pack 'PUSHING" for more home ownership.
