I have been buying and selling shares and options for six months. The former CEO and some of the other execs left because they had disagreements with Board members. Some say the numbers looked a little light but who knows. The company does video software and has acquired a few companies and they have a nice customer base. Now the new management says the financials were off some and now the old CEO has stepped in with a sorry ass buyout and I feel there will be some other companies looking to step up also.
