As I mentioned earlier today, this situation is in such a mess that KATX's valuation is way below zero. Nobody will touch it while there are clean shells out there to be had, or at least far less dirty ones. Kennay has screwed the pooch on this one, and the only thing left for him to do is continue to dilute and dump it to nothing. He'll do the same with BVIG, too, since he has essentially stolen all its assets from KATX shareholders, and the only way he can realize the profits from the theft is to dilute and dump it to death, too, and put the money in his pocket.
