Everything you wrote doesn't discredit my answer to you constant "Why didn't they file a Form 10" question one bit. You always demand an answer to your question ...yet you keep on asking it again and again and again even after you get the answer.

Here's a question for you:

If I said I was going to give you a "steak" ...but instead I gave you a steak, AND some corn, AND a nice hot potato, AND some vegetables, AND a dinner roll .......would you REALLY bitch about it just like you have on this "Form 10" thing?
