3 of them in quite a few years - why make it seem like they do a R/S regularly?

So you see its been almost 10 years since their first one, almost 5 years since 2nd one, and over a year since last one.

And sure it didn't hold "post" split PPS, they NEEDED money to continue R&D but reality is they didn't dilute that much since last R/S and R&D phase is done ;-)
