I get your point, but I also know that the media will be covering this like crazy and someone is bound to get an interview with someone in Holder's office who will comment. The 60 Min and Overtime interviews indicated that they will not take action against those who operate within the laws of the states, but I expect some clarification on their intentions to be announced soon.
