Good Question - The only thing it can't do is overlap 1 of 3. I have been guilty in the past of being early in saying a wave is over. I think 4 of 3 is over because it approximates 2 of 3 and it appears to have completed its abc to 4. The timing would also be right as far as the end of OE etc. I may be early again in saying 4 of 3 is in but I really do think it is. If we go up a little bit more Mon. and Tues then it wasn't finished. That "could" happen. This is really a small point in the grand scheme of things.
