That statement was made based on a "pre market" L2 screen at 9:02 AM when the L2 was adjusting and showed multiple MM's positioned at .002

Around 9:15 AM one MM popped up at .0018 with 10k

And by market open that was the ask for a short period.

Then with no movement MM's moved ask back to 16's and subsequently to 15's and then 16's and now its back at 15's on ask.

I call that accumulating!
