where did you hear that from, the company pr said they hope to have it done before the end of the year, unfortunantly there has been delay after delay after ........... its starting to sound like ye ole sooooooooooooon, very sooooooooooooooon. ever heard anything like that on the OTC?

well pr last pr they are anticipating closed by end of year, hopefully they don't delay it again.
