STEVE WHITE, UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPLAINT WAS A "Do not call" violation complaint and has NOTHING TO DO WITH DNYS......BIG F'in deal!!
The CEO has explained below-
"Let me address this now and put the rumors to rest before they start! A call center made a call to an individual who apparently was on the DNC (do not call) List and sold a $795 product using one of my old company names. I received notice and answered the complaint. Customer got their money back prior to making the complaint. My company was blamed for making a call that we never made and for 2 sales that we clearly never made. It even showed other company names on her statement.?? The state was ignorant about it and sent a cease notice. I had already closed the company at that time. Case Closed! No worries here... Everyone is in good hands!"
Thanks for the tip...for the 50th time...funny how it doesn't read any different than the first time. Sorry, but the same tune about a traffic ticket type item about another company in another state is reall getting old.
