As you noted, the Authorized Shares figure is public information and available typically at the SOS website. We can confirm that the current information that we have been provided by the company is an Authorized figure of 20B. We are not a source of information for outstanding shares or float.

As others have confirmed, they were told the A/S before and the A/S is available at the Florida sunbiz site. I'm sure they know that and that's why they confirmed the A/S.
