PTW - the question about the SEC filings has been discussed a few times now. I spoke with Brian at the time and he indicated that the company didn't have the reserve cash at the time to pay the auditor. I was surprised to hear how expensive it is per quarter - $50 - 60k. Can't say that I blame him if the funds where funds are limited and getting past due funds is going so slowly. This adds a lot more pressure to get sales and collections moving along.
