LOL...after reading the final Construction Memorandum--and the detail put into it with regard to patent examination, expert testimony, opposing side's stances in court, existing patents, etc etc--I also didn't realize the rulings matched word for word...
as you say, it's down to the lawyers and that jury of our peers :-)
