#23857 RE: bigworld #23849

Sent to me by a highly intelligent friend. I think this sums things up. Thanks to all who have tried to contribute mightily
to our better understanding of the science and the machinations of this Company. Whether the principles are wired up to be thieves, or sincerely striving scientists, only time will tell. It is obvious that things have come down to picking sides in this question. His note:

"If CYGX is a "Potemkin Village" scam, it's a rather elaborate one which has sustained itself over several years. A good scam artist always has a story to tell , an explanation to offer and a bigger payday to promise when the dupes get suspicious or nervous. Sometimes, in desperation, to keep the deal going, a grifter will risk their own take in the hopes that the next take will be even bigger than the one before. When things get too hot or become too transparent, they learn to lay low until a new "hook" or "excuse" can be fashioned. I suppose we all make the mistake of thinking that people capable of such deception can be cornered, coaxed or even forced to tell the truth but I think that it is probably the case that such people have a different kind of truth, one that justifies what they do and say, one that enables them to destroy people's fortunes with no more conscience than a farmer has when slaughtering his chickens. In a sense, they are empty and blameless.

One would think it possible to simply call Malcolm or some other company executive and flush out the "facts" but the reality is that if there is indeed a devious dance going on here, all one will get is another fancy and perhaps even graceful side-step. It is not that they are smarter than we are, it's more a matter that they have less to concern and encumber them..To a narciissist, life isn't all that complex. ....getting what you want is the "game" and the rules are whatever they need to be to "win". When all you want is "money", life can become very simple and cruel.

I hope, for the sake of the many good people who have invested far more than I or you, that CYGX is on the level and that they are not waiting for a bountiful yield from ground deliberately left fallow. It would be nice to experience one of those rarer moments in life when we learn, contrary to our expectation, that the cynic in all of us, was wrong."
