Foot, still thinking we fall off a "cliff" and see SPX 1300? Last day for Congress to submit new legislation is Dec. 18. So they better hustle if they expect to push something through. My guess is that we turn down...possibly starting tomorrow. A Santa rally would result if there is even the promise of a solution before Dec. 18.
