No not really a question of who wins because IMO based on the direction that RFMk Management has provided in 2012 all RFMk shareholders are losing.

But rather the overall win for any interested RFMK party is for RFMK Management to execute a business plan not by DILUTING shareholder value and leading the RFMK crowd by a bunch of hanging carrots.
