I'd imagine cca wants to work with viable companies, not ones on the brink of going out of business. They probably don't want to worry about content disruptions and quality drop offs .... Especially seeing biz direction of ICPA. Would you want to align with a Hollywood laughingstock?

some confusing stuff out there here is this:

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- IC Places, Inc. (OTCQB:ICPA) and ClearVision announced today the companies will kick off their four year Production/Content Partnership, at Raleigh-Durham International Airport this Fall, airing two new shows over the network. The ClearVision Airport Network will provide IC Places with an unparalleled ability to reach and engage air travelers by offering full episodes of their shows on the innovative Airport TV Network.

The Hollywood Fast Lane and Travel Tech will be the first two IC Places shows to air over the ClearVision Airport Networks.

the date is Sept 12, 2012 for ICPA the REELZ PR date is Oct 01, 2012: i bring this up cause the PR talks about Leonard Maltin and Richard Roeper as doing movie reviews. Did something change with ICPA? would seem odd that you'd have 2 shows for that kind of stuff
