Financing is really the name of this game...

Prospection for investors seems to be more difficult than expected. Those dragons out there want to get the control of St-Malo Heating Company, at a fraction of its value. This explains why it takes so long to order the KDS and get started.

We keep targeting December to attach our global financing. The project will definitely go ahead, as we are managing the plant and making room for the KDS and biomass bins and silos and conveyors and the pellet mill, aside from the current boilers that are being converted to biomass fuel.

Be sure that I'll tell this forum when St-Malo has the money to purchase the KDS!
