Continued financing by insiders assures forward movement on the business plan of certifications, production, sales and profits. To assume the funds are used for other purposes by the company doesn't make sense, because all involved will rewarded far greater by success of the company. Newhuis, Nunez and others (including longs) have invested in this company, not because it is a scam, but as any reasonable person can see, this is a real company with a winner of a product.
