I hope you're correct. This is the ugliest chart I've seen since level 3s steady drop through the year. I guess the market is so ADD if it isn't a quick fix no one cares. Also the float appears larger that was originally anticipated, which is greatly contributing, even driving this continuing s/p leakage.
