The problem is with Fidelity and it's settling firm. I use Etrade and there is no problem with trading PRPM.

Thanks - interesting...seems like many others have not had problems - trust me no judgement intended...

Hopefully Fidelity has not lost you money over issues like this. I know more than one larger firm has been giving penny stock investors grief. Either refusing to let them buy or worse charging them a fortune to sell (of course that is AFTER they buy - crooks!!)
