Hi CC, it is not uncommon to raise funds through debentures. The person investing in this way will send thier expert to the concessions and then report t back to the investor so that they are getting the info first hand from thier own man.
Had quite a few experts come to sites where I was and never had a unfavourable feedback. If you got what you say you got then all it needs is the investor to verify with his own people.

You make some good points and another perspective that I had not considered. I thank you and will mentally file away your thoughts especially your comments on the gold debentures. In order to sell gold debentures to someone surely the person or group investing their money must have inspected the stockpile of REE'S for them to lend money on the potential gold in the pile.
