No. PVSP cannot pay its debt, which is clearly indicated by the last 10Q. Moreover, all this dilution taking place is due to keep the doors open.

We still have no word on servers in SA, even though PVSP does not need servers in any other country to provide in country service for high quality service. India was mentioned in the talk show, but I have never seen PVSP talk or report about them owning servers in other country.
