Why do all of the stocks that I look at have Holiday Stock transfer as their transfer agent? They are the biggest pain I've ever seen! They will not give you the float or restricted shares for the company (at least they won't for CESV).
Jagman...I think TKGN is run by promoters and would stay away. Mark Westin has a posted on RB under alias and pumped the company and new management, but I would not invest with any CEO posting great news on a bulitin board. They have never accomplished anything. I too owned it until all the shennanigans and feel there are many more better choices in microcap land....HKBV, AMRS, FLST where management is forthright
