The House of Representatives Friday passed a bill to allow foreign students graduating from a U.S. university with degrees in science and technology to obtain green cards.

this is a gop sham.
1. great new immigration bill. it actually cancels 55,000 green cards and produces 55000 new green cards. see the gop is proactive on immigration.
2. cost is covered with fnf G fee. see NO NEW TAXES!!! your gop at work. the gutless bastards are scared to death of grover, which i think is great. once he rides them to dirt, a group of reasonable rational men(no women allowed in the club) will do more than just NO.
